Frustrating withdrawal

Hello

I trust you are well. I am for the past couple months trying to make a withdrawal in Captain Jack Casino but in not winning there is only 1 withdrawal method which is via coindraw . I have sent emails but did not get any reply the live chat does not work either your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Captain Jack Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. You've lodge four separate complaints against our casinos...each will receive the same reply:

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

In each casino, you've used at least 12 free chips in a row, without ever making a single real money deposit. You've further attempted to redeem dozens of free chips (denied).

It should come as no surprise that your winnings have been voided, in keeping with our terms and conditions. Further, all of your accounts have been banned, as you have clearly shown yourself to be a bonus abuser.

I've forwarded all necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
