Failed payment no explanation
I signed up with a bonus to play at captain jacks casino. When I signed up it said that my email was invalid, but I could never find any evidence or memory of having an account previously and the customer service agent didn't either and told me to create a new account with a different email address since it didn't "like" the one I attempted first.
I won using the welcome bonus and successfully met the play thru requirements as well as the min/max cash withdrawal limit. I also successfully submitted my ID verification. I requested my payment and after 10 days still had not heard a word from them. I also had tried contacting their live chat where no agent ever joined the conversation. I also sent a couple emails asking about the status which also all went unacknowledged by anyone from the casino. I ended up logging into my account and under transactions I see that it says my withdrawal request was denied and then all in the same day (though I had to wait 10 days to this point) There was a manager payment request and approval.
So they stole my money after making sure they got way too many specific and sensitive details proving my identity as well as my bank info and couldn't bother with sending me any information regarding this decision or that any decisions had been made. As well as actively avoided any live conversation or email communication. I had not broken any of their rules and made sure to check with their operator before signing up when my email didn't work. So I've done nothing wrong. This was my first and only withdrawal request I've ever made from an online casino as well. I really don't think this is ok.
