Extreme delay on withdrawal requests


I requested a withdrawal, in the form of a check, from Captain Jack Casino on 7/12/2020 for $1560. I spoke to casino representatives regularly, and each time the withdrawal request was escalated, but payment was never sent out. My request is that Captain Jack Casino pay me the money I am rightfully owed, which was fairly won from the casino.

I've reviewed your account and unfortunately, I don't have good news for you.

Your withdrawals are being declined as you were mixing funds. I'll explain...

Going all the way back to February 23rd, when you received a Weekly Insurance deposit ($53.90). Those funds remained in your account, untouched, when you made a deposit on June 26th. With that deposit, you also entered a coupon code for a bonus. All of this equals fund mixing.

Fund mixing goes against our terms and conditions and as a result, your withdrawal was denied and your winnings have been voided. Your deposit amount from June 26th was returned to your playing account for you to play...and hopefully win.

I sincerely hate being the bearer of bad news, but there is nothing further I can do on this.
