"Express" Payment Delayed Over a Month
Hello,
Over a month ago I submitted a withdrawal request for $200. I chose to use the "express payment" option since it was my first withdrawal. I entered all of my banking information at the time of the withdrawal request and submitted it in early January. It was approved after about a week.
It has now been at least four weeks since the payment was approved, and no one at the help desk knows what is happening. Every time I check, and I have checked every week, the representative tells me the same thing: First, they ask me if I have submitted my banking information. I tell them that I submitted it when I made the request, and ask them if I need to email it to anyone. The representative always tells me no, that's not necessary, and then tells me that they will escalate my withdrawal. Still, nothing happens.
I think I would like to just change the payment type and have it transferred in bitcoin, as I have absolutely no faith in this express payment system.
Additionally, I think Planet 7 Casino is a sister casino to this site. They sent me a Christmas mailer codes for both sites and an online survey. I took the survey, and was supposed to receive 1000 comp points. After checking with that casino multiple times and being told that would be processed by January 31st, it still has not come through. If this is something that the same person from Captain Jack could take care of, I would appreciate it. If not, then I will set up a separate complaint with them.
