Excessive delay in processing withdrawal of $2.500

I submitted a withdrawal request on 3/31/2021 for the sum of $2,500. Notwithstanding daily follow ups via live chat, my request is still 'pending' and has been in pending status in excess of the 7 business day maximum review timeline set forth in the gaming terms.

I note that my account was previously fully verified by Captain Jack and I have successfully received a withdrawal last month (albeit untimely).

I am respectfully seeking AskGamblers assistance in securing approval of my withdrawal monies from Captain Jack and timely remit of these funds via bank wire.

Still waiting on receipt of funds, although Captain Jack did previously advise by the end of this week. This reply is being submitted merely to keep the complaint active and avoid timing out in the interim.
