Ok, I've been waiting over a month for my money to get funded.

I play at a variety of different online casinos and they all payout pretty fair and decent and work with you regarding payment options. This casino DOES NOT. Be aware and make sure you read the fine print, Lauren (financial advisor) does not give a care about certain situations, she just makes sure you don't get paid. This casino is starting to smell like a scam to me.

I waited forever to get verified, once I finally did, I spoke to 100 different people regarding my withdrawal. Not ONE time did anyone mention if it would be a problem for me to withdraw in bitcoin if I deposit with a credit card (of course, why would they? Better to make me wait and not pay me). I should have read the terms and conditions, beware of these guys, they will NOT work with you on payment options. They will offer you their international wire or check (that is not cashable anywhere by the way) and that's all they care about. I have sent "Lauren" multiple emails begging to PLEASE as a one-time courtesy fund my withdrawal request to the wallet address I provided. I promised I would never ask for this again and that I was unaware and dumbfounded since NOBODY during my frustrating time of waiting for first my verification identification then processing my withdrawal request mentioned to me anything about this before.

I have an online bank (Chime) and they do NOT accept international wire nor would they cash this check from an international casino (I have tried in the past). If I knew I could not process a withdrawal in any form I wanted I would have never deposited here in the first place. This is ridiculous.. for $1,300... no wonder people stay away from these casinos. You beg and plead with them to be human and have some leniency on honest mistakes and instead of helping your customers to receive more of them you cheat them over and you think this will make someone want to play here or recommend others to? No way in hell.

I want my withdrawal request processed to my personal wallet address. That is ALL I want. It should not be that hard to do. I am asking for a ONE-TIME courtesy to allow me to process a withdrawal in bitcoin and I will never deposit here again without reading the fine print. This is ridiculous, over a month for $1000.
