Denied all payout offers

They have denied every style of payout they offer. I wait the 7 to 10 days and get denied always for different reasons. I comply to their request and still get denied and now I can not access my account " wrong password or log on " tried to reset and it will not and the phone number and chat lines no longer work.

I have no way of contacting Captain Jack and have a 5000.00 payout waiting to be collected.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I read the reply but the Casino took all thier fees out of my winnings and the penalties and I explained those card got hacked and that was issue so they lost nothing and they never said any more about it. Since I filed the complaint they have locked me out of the site no email or response just won't let me reset my password the phone number doesn't work and fail to respond to any emails. I have just come to terms that the 5000 dollar balance of winnings is never doing g to be honored. They seem to have all the answers to get out of paying out winnings I had the account up to over 60,000 at one point. With no bonuses or any other bonuses. THANK you for looking into it but I still believe they owe me 5000 dollars and locked me out so not to have to pay.
