Delayed $700 payment


Hi. I Won $700 before Thanksgiving. Immediately when I clicked withdraw I was offered "express payout" and I filled out all of the info as the prompts came up, most of them prefilled with the required info. I though "that was a breeze" after all I did give them my money and now I was going to get some winnings. Time passed and I heard nothing. So I contacted them and "no record of documents" so "please send them to docume­nts­@ca­pta­inj­ack­cas­ino". I did that. Still, I heard nothing. Oh, you should have sent them to support@captainjack or help @ Captain Jack or oh we have had a very heavy load of winners or can you send them in again? Or our boss will call you.. Or we still need this or that. I have never gotten my payout but I have gotten a slew of excuses . This sounds like it happens quite often at Captain Jack. I have a plan to contact authorities bevause thwy are taking cold hard cash but not paying out. So can younhelp me? I have sent in my personal info 5 yes FIVE times and I have no payment. Otherwise is there a way I cam get the general managers
Name? I am really bummed because this has soured me from playing for fear I will not get paid. Their service us really quite horrible. Who runs a biz like this?

I've checked your account and I see your payment was already sent to our processor: 1/16 Paid $627.50 + $12.50 Service Fee for transaction #33496361. By now, you should have found the funds in your account.
