Delayed payment since May 6th 2020


Submitted a withdrawal request on May 6th 2020in the amount of $750 USD. My identity has been verified several weeks. I have spent hours chatting with them. Last attempt I was told my request was escalated on May 29th and they could look at anything for 5 business days. So now it’s nearly been a month, mind you I used “their EXPRESS withdrawal option.”

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent off to our processor, Thursday: 6/4 Paid $350 + no Service Fee for transaction #48094260. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week.

Regarding the shortfall from your original withdrawal request, this is because you used a bonus to build the funds (FAST400 (1 of 1) $400.00). All withdrawals are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
