Delayed Payment on Captain Jack


Payment request for $999.99 was submitted on December 11, 2021. Still not 'approved" or processed. They throw up every roadblock possible and make excuses. Similar issue with Royal Ace. All documents submitted and current. They stripped me of my VIP status and stopped paying out. I check in on chat and just get the same apology macros.

You'll be happy to know that your payment was sent to our processor, Tuesday: 2/15 Paid $1000 + no Service Fee for transaction #60943787. Our processor confirmed the wire was completed today, so I would expect the funds should land in your account, tomorrow or Monday.
