Delayed payment of 774 dollars
On July 21st I deposited 50$ via bitcoin and used a 200% no rules bonus that came with 25 free spins. When the spins were done my balance was roughly 175$ with a wagering requirement of about 4000$. Once the playthrough was complete I had won about 900$. I decided that was enough and to request a withdrawal of my winnings. I had withdrawn from Captain Jack casino before, and it actually only took a few days to get my payout via bitcoin into my cash app bitcoin wallet. I requested a payout of 774.45$ (125$ of my winnings were the bonus and therefore non cashable.) In their terms and conditions, it says it takes them up to seven business days for approval, which is absurd but I knew this going in. I asked on the seventh business day what was going on with my request and was told the first day you request the payout doesn't count. On the eighth day I checked and the money was returned to my balance and pay out was denied, the reasoning was that I used a cash app crypto wallet and they claimed that cash app won't take their payment. I got another crypto wallet and asked via live chat if this would work and was told yes it was fine as long as it wasn't cash app, so on July 31st I issued a request for my balance of 774.45. On the fourth day of the pending request I started logging in everyday to see if anything had changed which it hadn't it was still pending. When I asked what was going on the customer service people would tell me to wait and that I had to "respect" the terms and conditions. This part is very important and frustrating because after being told multiple times to respect their terms and conditions the eight-business day came and went with no change in my withdrawal request. I again logged in and asked what was going on. I did everything they had asked and was getting upset, I was told the payout request had been given an escalated status and I would hear something in another 1 - 3 business days. Once again on the 4th business day my payout still sits there in the pending section. I went to the customer chat board and was told I needed to wait up to five business days for the escalated payout. Again, full of frustration I waited a few extra business days and when I logged in, you guessed it my payout was still sitting in the pending section. At this point I have become extremely frustrated and convinced that this is all just a scam. When I logged in and went to the live chat I was told that the request was moved to the escalated status again. At this point my blood is boiling. The very business that told me to respect their terms and conditions not only blatantly disregarded them, but they would give me no answer for the reason for the hold up. I asked for a number to call and was told they did have one. When I asked to talk to a manager, I was told there wasn't one there. That is where I am today. My payout request is still sitting in pending and I'm on business day 3 of my second escalation. Even typing this complaint is getting me upset. I work extremely hard for my money and what these people are doing is theft and criminal. I keep getting told to wait and that nothing else can be done. All I want is the money I rightfully won and am owed. I just want my 774.45$ so I can never have to interact with this scamming casino again. I would strongly suggest that all players stay away from this casino. They don't care in the slightest about the people who play on their sight and will essentially steal your money. Again, the only thing I wasn't is what I'm owed. Not a penny more and not a penny less.
