Delayed Payment Followed the terms and conditions

I wanted to reach out. I have followed the terms and conditions upon my winnings that I chose to withdraw. I made my withdrawal request on 02.16.2024. My withdrawal request was approved on 02.28.2024. I had to wait until after the 7th day to get this escalated for approval. I have now waited 10 days, today being the 11th day for my winnings to be released to the Bitcoin address I have provided multiple times. An escalation ticket has been sent. It is two days shy of it being a month since I made my request. I should not have to wait any longer. All verification requirements have been met. I have now been told I need to check back on the 18th and they may or may not have an answer. This isn't right.
