Captain Jack casino - Delayed payment and no follow up


Withdrawal of 1210 was originally requested on July 28 and approved on Sept 4, I've been in chat weekly since then and keep being told to be patient, its been escalated. On Nov 4 I was told that the processor had been paid and I should get my check soon. I still havent received it or heard anything else from Captain Jack.

It should have said would NOT pay because of a stale date

I received the check today 12-1-2020, I received an email from Captain Jack that said the check must be deposited within 30 days of the issued date. The issued date is 10-30-2020. Is this going to be a problem before I try to deposit in my bank. This happened with another check I received from one of your sister casinos recently and the your bank would pay because of a stale date.

I've checked on this payment and I can see it was already sent to our processor (Paid $1210+$40 Service Fee). FedEx already has the check, however, it appears they've not been able to deliver it.

Please see the attachment (I've attached this privately). You will need to contact FedEx and arrange for either pick-up or delivery on your end.
