Delayed approved withdrawal


I submitted a request for withdrawl on 4/17 for $1079 and still has not been approved. Note, I'm a Vip5 player on their and their sister sites and apparently that doesn't matter. Frustrated that I have to keep contacting them and they ssy they are escalating and it should be soon and it's still pending.

I'm pleased to tell you that your withdrawal was sent to our processor, yesterday: 6/17 Paid $813 + no Service Fee for transaction #55248852. I would expect the funds will reach your account early next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
