Delay of the payment $700


Captain Jack Casino can’t approve my documents and payment $700 more than 25 days. I have already sent my documents several times. I got the message that the mail server wasn’t available several times. The documents were sent on the third attempt because I got the message that the letter was delivered. But as I understand nobody checked the documents, because the payment wasn’t approved. I don’t know when I‘ll be able to get the payment, because the casino does nothing. I’m tired to wait. I didn’t get any answers by e-mail on this problem from the support service of the casino. The only hope for help AskGamblers. Thank you.
