Delay in Withdrawal Approval and Processing

I have 2 pending withdrawals, neither of which have been approved or processed. The second withdrawal is still within the 7 business day timeframe for processing, as provided in their terms, so I will ignore that details of that request for the time being.

The first withdrawal request (#2238817) was submitted on 3/2/2021 for the sum of $901.80. I have repeatedly provided verification documents with bank wire details, and received confirmation that they are in receipt of same and my account is fully verified. I have followed up, via live chat, each and every day, providing additional information and demanding that my request be escalated and processed timely consistent with their terms. However, despite my seemingly incessant follow ups, it appears that my requests are falling on deaf ears.

Beyond this withdrawal issue, I do not currently have any gripes with this organization. I simply ask that they adhere to their own terms and that they do NOT engage in business practices that undermine the legitimacy of honorable online gaming platforms. I do recognize, generally speaking, that online casino gaming is a losing proposition for the patrons, long term and I person­all­y/c­omp­letely accept this as a form of adult entertainment. However, failing to process legitimate withdrawal requests in a timely manner - eliminate the entertainment value to the patron, reduce the efficacy of the online gaming markets and are more akin to a fraudulent induced scam than an arms-length risk/reward business transaction.

I have retained email confirmations for all of their document/information requests, as well as the live chat transcripts for my daily follow ups. Please help me work through this withdrawal issue with Captain Jack Casino.

I was told that there was not any fees imposed by my bank for the incoming wire. However, the difference, as you suggested, could very well be attributed to conversion charges, or perhaps even ancillary transaction fees deducted by payment processor/vendor. Either way, I respectfully agree with you that the difference should not fall on your casino.

Thank you very much for your assistance and diligence in this matter. I honestly and truly appreciate it. From my perspective, I consider this complaint fully resolved and ask that the matter be closed.

Yes, this would be the transaction we issued.

Please don't forget that your bank likely charges fees for incoming wires, as well as there may be conversion charges involved. Our casino cannot be held liable for any fees such as these.

On 3/26/21, I received a wire transfer for the sum of $482.26. Kindly confirm this is the payment you referenced from 3/19, as the transaction numbers do match.
