Delay in Withdrawal Approval and Processing
I have 2 pending withdrawals, neither of which have been approved or processed. The second withdrawal is still within the 7 business day timeframe for processing, as provided in their terms, so I will ignore that details of that request for the time being.
The first withdrawal request (#2238817) was submitted on 3/2/2021 for the sum of $901.80. I have repeatedly provided verification documents with bank wire details, and received confirmation that they are in receipt of same and my account is fully verified. I have followed up, via live chat, each and every day, providing additional information and demanding that my request be escalated and processed timely consistent with their terms. However, despite my seemingly incessant follow ups, it appears that my requests are falling on deaf ears.
Beyond this withdrawal issue, I do not currently have any gripes with this organization. I simply ask that they adhere to their own terms and that they do NOT engage in business practices that undermine the legitimacy of honorable online gaming platforms. I do recognize, generally speaking, that online casino gaming is a losing proposition for the patrons, long term and I personally/completely accept this as a form of adult entertainment. However, failing to process legitimate withdrawal requests in a timely manner - eliminate the entertainment value to the patron, reduce the efficacy of the online gaming markets and are more akin to a fraudulent induced scam than an arms-length risk/reward business transaction.
I have retained email confirmations for all of their document/information requests, as well as the live chat transcripts for my daily follow ups. Please help me work through this withdrawal issue with Captain Jack Casino.
