Delay in approval and payment
I have 3 withdrawals that are still in the pending approval mode here at Captain Jack, despite that there terms clearly state approval within 7 days. One for $1951.03 on 2/23/21, one for $1937.45 on 3/02/21, and one for $1801.08 on 3/10/21 I have conversed with them multiple times via online chat and on March 9th had them start sending the transcripts to my e-mail.
Just since then I have chatted with them regarding this matter on March 9, 19, 22, 26, 31, April 5 nd 6. Each time I am given the run around. That they will make sure this is taken care of > they will escalate it to finance > they will escalate with a strong note that this has been done multiple times. I have had to send wire info twice and they said that is what they were waiting for. Wire info was submitted along with the first withdrawal on 2/23. I re sent it on 3/9 and they sent an e-mail on 3/13 stating it was updated. I simply want my money that is due to me.
I make deposits and should simply have to submit my withdrawal and receive it in a timely manner according to their terms. I should not have to go through the stress and frustration of dealing with this, not to mention the time, I do not get paid to see that my withdrawals are done! I spend any where from 15-40 minutes each time on chat. My time is precious! Please provide some good customer service to the people that help pay your salary. Please help!
