Continuously denied withdrawal
I have been trying to get my winnings from Captain Jack and keep getting the same old "You didn't provide your information". Yet, in order to request a wire transfer, you have to enter your information so that is bs to be frank.
My account has been approved. My first request was for wire transfer, I verified with my bank that they do accept them. I made sure I had all the correct I formation before I got off the phone with my bank.
First request was for 1,200 on 6/13/22 and it was denied 6/22/22. I had to speak to customer service in order to find out why, received no email like they say you will get if additional information is needed. Customer service Ruben, told me, "You didn't provide your information". I advised he was wrong and he gave me an email to send my information to the finance team for approval and I would need to request withdrawal again.
I requested 800 wire transfer withdrawal on 6/22/22 and it was "shockingly" denied again on 6/30/22. Once again I was advised the same bs of "You didn't provide your information".
I have pictures of what I entered when making the request, I have two emails showing I sent them this information. I also have a screen shot showing they will review information within 5 business days and if they need anything more or there is an issue, they will contact me via email. I have never received an email, customer service is no help and belittle you like you are stupid, it is completely frustrating!
I am happy I found this site as I see you get more answers here than the actual companies customer service! Please help!
I just requested another wire transfer withdrawal today of 550, entered all the same information and emailed that same information. I have no hope that it will go through. I just want to be done with this casino.
