Canceled payout of $2000

Casino has been refusing my payout of $2000 after being told several times all documents approved and accepted for verification. They now locked me to where I can get into my account nor chat, not to mention they have “manager approved” withdraw request of over $700, I have tried calling and email address is invalid

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've reviewed your account and first I should tell you that your account is in no way blocked, nor have you been blocked from chat.

I do see that a payment was issued to your wallet, Monday. There's a bit regarding your payment that is a bit confusing to me, so I've sent a query to our Payments Manager for further clarity. As soon as I receive her reply, I'll be back with another update.
