I have contacted them numerous times over the last 90 days, and at first they kept adding a needed document, and finally they responded with your withdrawals were approved and should be paid soon.
Well, to date I have not received two withdrawals I requested: April 30, 2021 for $2,000 and May 15, 2021 for $2,000.
They did pay a withdrawal I requested on July 19, 2021 for $1800.00. But not the earlier two.

I will explain in detail exactly what happened...
On March 21, you received a $30 Weekly Insurance Deposit. The Weekly Insurance Deposit carries a 2x maximum cashout with a $100 minimum. Keeping this in mind, any withdrawal requested which stemmed from the Weekly Insurance Deposit would be capped at the $100 point.
You made a $700 withdrawal request on 3/22, which was built using that Weekly Insurance Deposit. You cancelled the withdrawal request on 4/30 (the $700 was returned to your playing account) and you further built the amount, requesting a withdrawal in the amount of $2000.
Keep in mind that because all of this was built upon the Weekly Insurance Deposit, you were only eligible for a $100 withdrawal. This withdrawal was already paid: Paid $192.50 + $7.50 Service Fee Wire III transaction #54907315 ($100.00), #54907420 ($100.00) – our processor confirmed this wire was completed, 7/2. As you can see, there is a second $100 payment in that wire, which I’ll explain in a moment…
Your next withdrawal requested was on 7/19. This was approved on 7/30 and processed: Paid $1780 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #56352386. Our processor confirmed the wire was completed on 8/3.
On 5/15, you made a withdrawal request in the amount of $2000. Mistakenly, one of our Withdrawals staff approved this for only $100 (apparently thinking this was an Insurance bonus). The $100 which was approved was that second $100 payment that was paid in the $192.50 wire (mentioned previously).
Once the Withdrawals error was discovered (this was found when you lodged your complaint here at AskGamblers), the $1900 was sent to be processed: Paid $1900 + no Service Fee for transaction #56672377. Our processor confirmed the wire was completed, 8/18.
All of this should come as no surprise to you, as this was detailed in a live chat discussion back on May 7th.
At this time, there are no further withdrawals to be approved or paid.
