I played at Captain jack casino, I made a $100 deposit, I ended up winning a total of $850, which was almost 30 days ago.

I have done everything they have asked of me, and all my documents approved. They have repeatedly told me my withdraw had been escalated, and countless follow ups, it’s still in the same state it was from day one. I was told one of the supervisors was going to personally see to it that it was going to move forward, still no change, they blow me off everytime I speak to them. They do not wait for me to respond, they just close the chat.

I have been lied too repeatedly, all the excitement and joy from actually winning has been stripped from me, simply from winning.

Can someone please help me with this.
