All of a sudden i could no longer login to my account

Captain Jack Casino seems to have locked me out of my account after sending them emails regarding receiving my payout of $111 I did all the necessary verification's to receive my payout and was waiting to hear back about what to do next when all of a sudden i could no longer login to my account. I sent the pictures of my ID and sent them the $10 in Litecoin they required. When more than a week passed I attempted to contact them again, they gave me the old 72 hrs. run around again because high volume of incoming email blah blah blah. My supposed case # 154082162 and I'm wondering if anyone can help me resolve this issue.

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

You used two free chips in a row to build your withdrawal, without a real money deposit between. The only real money deposit you made was AFTER you'd built the funds, which does not negate the fact that you'd already broken the terms.

As a result, your withdrawal has been denied and the funds have been voided.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

Hi, I just wanted to update this situation here as it looks like Captain Jack Casino might be in the process of paying the $110 they owed me. As of 1.5-2 hrs before the complaint deadline I can now login to my account and have begun the withdraw process captain jack says it will take 5-7 days. I will keep this post updated if iI receive the funds. Thanks so much
