Captain Jack Casino - 2 Delayed withdrawals since February


I have two pending withdrawals Feb 23 for $2500 and Feb 23 for $2000. These withdrawals are still pending. All paperwork has been submitted and bank info verified. This is not a new account. When I go to online support I never get connected to anyone. I have signed all paperwork and submitted copies of card and identification. I have had several withdrawals before doesn’t take this long.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, Tuesday: 3/15 Paid $4152 + no Service Fee for transactions #61550912 ($2,152.00), #61550918 ($2,000.00). I would expect the funds will reach your account early next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
