Still waiting for pending withdrawal

This seems to be the only way to speak to someone from the casino. Over 2 months ago I made a complaint of not being able to withdraw after I made the deposit they asked and checking with my wallet the money was sent but due to my lack of knowledge the fees were extremely high and sent less than the $10 they ask for ( they state anything below 10 will not be accounted for ) that issue I don't care about now. I made sure what I sent the second time about a week ago to make sure it equals the 10$ or more and it did and I was able to withdraw. But unfortunately my withdraw is still pending after some days. And I'm concerned as if I'll even get my money or not. This time my balance is over $110 and I also wagered my deposit just incase any issues about that were to pop up.

I'm fully verified, I verified my deposit and I'm still waiting and I have 0 ways to contact this company. There live chat button isn't even a button, the phone number doesn't work, and they don't reply to my multiple emails. I just want my money captianjack please 🙏🏽

I would like to note that it says the withdraw was approved but I have yet recieved a email from the casino or my crypto wallet about my withdraw, which I assume would've been done by now... I played and tried so many casinos and this one is by far the scariest. I feel like I'm not gonna get my money
