They have cancelled my withdraw requests 3 times. My verification has been approved. On May 10 I withdrew 2000 dollars it was cancelled bu then. May 13 I withdrew 3000 it was cancelled by them. My account balance now says 3000 dollars? I emailed they sent answered me back bu saying we are sorry you have decided to close your account? I didnt want to close my account or state that in any way at all. It seems as though they just dont want to pay. I have met all requirements for verification. This is also cash balance not a bonus balance
