Cancelled my withdrawal and delayed payment
Hello, my name is Tahna Lee, I submitted a simple $100 Bitcoin withdrawal in early April and it remained in the pending status for about two weeks. On the 27th, I log on and the $100 was back in my casino account as if I cancelled my request. So I inquired about it with live chat and wasn't given a good reason as to why it was cancelled. Frustrated I logged out and later when I went back and logged in another request was submitted with a more recent date as if I had just requested this. So after about 10 agents and a bunch of run around I finally was able to speak with a agent and they approved my withdrawal since I technically had been waiting for weeks. Due to the long pending time and cancellation of withdrawal and resubmission the agent told me they would process my payment immediately and I should have funds within 24 hrs. That was on the 4/27 it's the 4th still no payment. I keep calling and contacting live chat they keep stalling me, promising me I'll receive my payment and I've even been cursed out and intentionally disconnected. Whatever possible to avoid rectifying this issue. I have other pending withdrawals in larger amounts that I also am beginning to become concerned about. I'm told finance department is aware and that my payment has been escalated but I still have no payment and it only $100 for this particular withdrawal
