I have been waiting patiently for my winnings. I won $255 on 9/10. On 9/22, I was told that the winnings had been sent to the processor. I was told that it was 5 to 10 days from that point for me to get paid. It is now 24 days later and I'm still waiting. I understand this is not a large amount of money but I would like to collect as they certainly take my money when I deposit. Can you help me?

I've checked on the wire and it was sent off with no issues being reported by our processor: 9/22 Paid $225 for transaction #84103827.

In order for us to dig into this, I'll need to receive a copy of your current bank statement, covering the dates beginning 9/22 to current. This needs to be a copy of the actual statement--not a screenshot of your online banking.

I've sent you an email, which you can reply to with the attachment of your statement. As soon as I receive this, I'll get with our Payments Manager and we'll get to the bottom of this.

Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response. As per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service terms and guidelines, player is supposed to provide updates on their issues in a timely and responsible manner, something that player did not do regrettably.

The complaint is being rejected due to submitter's inactivity and the case is now officially closed.
