I deposited a total of $450 in about 4 installments deposited over a month. The funds were used for sports betting only and they were able to generate a return of $988 including a few bonuses that campeonbet offers new customers. But when I try to withdraw my winnings, I only meet resistance and I keep getting told to wait for review of my withdrawal yet this has been going on for two months now!
Since the opening of my account, I have met all the requirements that campeonbet has asked of me. In the account verification process; They initially asked for my id and proof of residence which I gladly provided. later I was informed that my account had been verified. After receiving the news, I deposited more money to the account and it would later amount to the $450 in total deposited to campeonbet account. As I kept betting and making some profit, I tried to withdraw some funds but campeonbet would reject my attempt to withdraw by cancelling the withdraw request.
They informed me that I needed to provide selfies of me holding my id! which initially during the verification process they hadn't mentioned. I of course provided the requested photo, Then I requested another withdraw right after they informed me that the document was well received and that my account was verified. Then a few days later the withdraw request was declined again by campeonbet stating that I needed to send a document that proves that the mobile number I used while opening the account is indeed registered to my name. After receiving this request, I went directly to my mobile network provider and request a document that shows this and I provided that to campeonbet support staff who informed me that the document was well received. So now I again requested a withdraw from my account which stayed pending indefinitely for more than a week without any response from campoenbet withdraw staff! Finally, I emailed campoenbet and inquired on why my withdraw request was not completed even after completing their verification process, The campeonbet support staff informed me that my withdrawal was being reviewed by another department and that they don’t know how long it lasts.
After all those attempts to withdraw have all just been left pending or rejected and all my attempts to communicate and understand this issue have all failed because the support team pretty much responds the same email saying that they don't have a timeframe for the review of my withdrawal. I have been waiting for two months now and I still can't withdraw my winnings from campeonbet! Yet in terms of services a withdrawal request should only last a few days at most.
I have requested another withdrawal but received the same email saying to wait indefinitely.
Please help me ASKGAMBLERS?
