Hello since 30/11 I have made a deposit with cashlib which was never on my account.
It tells me code has well been used so I sent the code and the message error I got.
Since then on chat they tell me kyc has to verify and no news always same answer you have to wait.
So 25 euros disappeared I dont know where??
No answer to emails and chat tells me to wait it is now 10 days

I find it sad to have to file a complaint to get an answer within the hour and chat operator was rude
