I get a free spin promo, if I vote on ASK GAMBLER and fulfill everything.

I want to do withdrawal but to verify my account data it was never processed, and I couldn't take advantage of the game that I got, because my account was never approved.

I don't think they ever really took it seriously to promote and pay for it.

The casino want my account fully verified, but what did I get after giving all the documents they asked for.

They never responded to my account for verification...just an email answer that you have to wait patiently for.


I hope with this you will listen to me.

I have given everything you asked for..and you casino never told me in a letter about the refusal you mean.

let my complaint be here until later I can withdraw the funds that I got at the casino.

if you are serious about all this you should expedite all my requests even up to withdrawing my funds without any hiccups

I've asked for everything they asked for..

but still refused.

I have sent my KTP, DRIVING LICENSE and even Bank Statements for the last 3 months..

and now i post it here..
