My name is < full name removed >, my account was disabled on Bovada for KYC identity verification. I submitted my documents which were accepted and it’s been over a month without an update and keeping me locked out of my account. I have reached out numerous times to which they respond that they don’t know why it’s taking so long but to just wait. I was given a timeframe of 48-72 hours and it’s been five weeks. It’s very convenient my account was suspended right after I finished my bonus requirements and was trying to withdraw funds. Please help me get them to actually re-enable my account.
