Withdrawals and account under review for more than 10 days

For more than 10 days, my funds have been locked in the account, and I have been unable to process any withdrawals. I correctly submitted all the required KYC documentation more than 10 days ago, following all the instructions provided.
Despite this, I keep receiving only generic automatic replies telling me to “wait because the account is under review by the competent department”. No specific explanation, no timeline, and no possibility to withdraw my money.

• Complete the KYC verification of my account immediately;
• Unlock my funds and approve the pending withdrawals;
