Withdrawal problems

Took out a small withdrawal of only $500. After spending a couple grand. That was on aug 17th.

Still don’t have the money. They responded first with “it can take up to 96 hours. After that passed, they apologized and said they are backlogged with withdrawals. 12 days later and still nothing. Scammers

Hi, I play at this casino often; this is the first time I’ve encountered issues after several losses, and it’s also my first time requesting a withdrawal on this platform. My account has long been verified—with all necessary documents and checks—and everything is registered in my name; naturally, I am of legal age. I am writing to you after making multiple inquiries with their support team, only to be told that the withdrawal would take longer than expected. I had hoped to receive the funds sooner so I could use them to bet on the World Cup final taking place today. Below, I have provided the withdrawal details and a screenshot showing when the request was made. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible, as I generally enjoy using their service.

The withdrawal was requested on 15/07/2026 and the 96-hour period they need to verify everything is finished.

• Complete the KYC verification of my account immediately;

• Unlock my funds and approve the pending withdrawals;

The Issue: My account is fully verified, and I have completed all the necessary KYC procedures without any issues. I requested a withdrawal of 60,000 HUF to my Visa card on May 20, 2026 . However, the money has still not arrived, and the transaction remains stuck as pending. I chose to play at Boomerang Bet because of their high reputation and official partnership with AC Milan, so I expected a professional financial service. Unfortunately, I have contacted the casino's customer support multiple times, but I only receive generic, automated replies asking me to wait, without any specific timeline or real explanation. I requested a withdrawal of 88 Euros on April 22nd and was informed that it would take up to 96 hours.

As of the 28th, the withdrawal has not been processed, and all the live chat representatives have only offered promises to expedite the process, showing no improvement.

Although this is my first withdrawal request, it is not my first deposit, so I have not received any bonuses, nor are there any remaining verification steps on my account.

I feel extremely bad that a withdrawal of just 88 Euros is being delayed for nearly a week without any clear reason, despite the casino clearly stating that it would take up to 96 hours.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.

I deposited €300 on the Boomerang website, made a profit, and reached a balance of €3,211 on my account.

On March 31st, I submitted a withdrawal request of €500.

Immediately after that, they disabled my access to my account on their website. They did this without any notice or explanation.

On April 2nd, I sent them an email asking, “What is happening with my account and my funds, and why can I not access my account?”

I received no reply, so I sent another message on April 5th with the same question.

On April 6th, I finally received a response from them. In that message, they requested that I provide documents. This means they only responded a week after I submitted the withdrawal request, asking for documents, and a week after they had blocked my access to my account without any prior notice or explanation.

On April 8th, I submitted the requested documents.

Since I received no update from them for 5 days after submitting the documents, I sent additional messages on April 13th and 14th.

I finally received another message from them on April 21st, in which they again requested documents—the same ones I had already sent—along with additional payment verification.

Of course, I will provide everything they request regarding documentation. However, I replied to their last message asking what exactly they want me to submit for payment verification, and pointed out that I have already sent the requested documents. Who knows when I will receive a response from them?

I earned my winnings fairly, but this kind of behavior from the website toward its users from the moment a withdrawal is requested—now lasting 23 days at the time of writing this complaint—should simply be unacceptable. That is why I hope that platforms like AskGamblers can help protect users’ rights.

Attached to this complaint are screenshots of my communication with them to document everything I have stated above.

Its been over 96 hours(4 full days) I've been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. their t&c's say it will be processed within 96 hours which is already crazy compared to the rest of the industry.

And now its over 96 hours. I keep asking their support team and they keep saying sorry sorry there is a delay and no response or help. Ridiculous. avoid using.
