I have been using boomerang-bet casino and Sportsbook for over a month. On Monday, September 16th I made a deposit for $200 (all deposits are immediately successful), and won over $7500. I tried to withdraw this money, and found that there was a limit of $750 CND withdrawals per day for "new" customers. I thought this was fishy, but decided to press on. So my first withdrawal attempt was for $750 CND on 9/17/2024. I then made a second withdrawal for $750 on 9/18/2024.

I did not hear anything about my withdrawals until 9/19/2024. This was after I inquired through live chat 4 times for an update, and each agent said there were no issues, and my withdrawals would be processed shortly. The morning of 9/19, my first withdrawal was automatically cancelled for no reason. I went on live chat to find out what happened, and they said I needed to verify my account for my withdrawals - okay no issues. Except when I click on account verification, I get a message that says "verification is not needed for your account, enjoy our games!"

So I inquired through live chat again and say what is going on? I need verification for withdrawals, but they are saying I don't need verification... again seems very fishy. They then tell me all I need to do is send a selfie with my ID to their support email to verify my account. This was done immediately. Again, I have to wait 24 hours until 9/20 to hear back. I receive an email from Support telling me to submit all verification documents from the verification tab. So, I go back to the verification tab where it STILL says "No verification required at this time."

Basically, they keep telling me to complete verification, yet their site is telling me I don't need verification. Their live chat agents tell me I don't need to do anything, except send a Selfie with ID which I have sent 2 days ago now, yet they still won't process my withdrawals. In the meantime, my withdrawal from 9/18 was also automatically cancelled, I am assuming because they need me to complete some hidden verification.

This site is a complete sham, there have been many other disputes on this site for the same issues. They claim their withdrawal limits are for "responsible gambling", yet they have no issues with accepting numerous deposits. I would not recommend Boomerang-Bet to any gambler, and I require an intermediary involved just to withdraw my own money. I already know they will respond to this probably after 3 or 4 days, and ask for verification docs, and then take another week to process my withdrawals one-by-one with several days between each. Save yourself the headache and play somewhere else, where they make customer service and payouts a top priority.

Screenshots have been attached of my "Verification" tab I was instructed to go to, as well as the e-mail received from support this morning telling me to go to the Verification section and upload required documents. For reference, I have visited live chat 12 times, and sent 6 e-mails to Support in 4 days, only to have all my withdrawals being cancelled without reason, and no way of completing this verification and getting my money.

I need help please!

In order to continue with the verification of the customer we would kindly ask him to send us Selfie ID on email : suppor­t@b­oom­era­ng-­bet.com


We had checked and seen that the customer had send us only his ID and we need Selfie with The ID so we can continue his verification process.

We would like to also point out that all of the customers withdrawals are canceled by him and played down and there is currently no active withdrawals that need to be processed.

I sent a selfie with ID photo to this email address on September 19th, after I was instructed by customer support. I have evidence of this email and selfie which I can provide if necessary. I am NOT sending another selfie with ID, as this seems fraudulent and I'm not sure why a company would want multiples photos of my face with ID, but it definitely seems criminal.

Go check your email history and you can find this email with subject "Verification Docs." All withdrawals were automatically canceled since you had no intention of processing them. Stop providing false information, I will make sure that all prospective players know that your service is extremely poor and borderline criminal.

, with separate photos of front and back of customer ID with all information visible on the documents .
