Whitdrawal problem, no answering

Hi, I've been trying to withdraw until 12/30. I can't make a withdrawal, it says rejected. I can't get in touch with customer support, I've been trying to contact them for 5 days now, the chat doesn't connect to the customer service even though I wait for an hour. E-mail is not answered. Help me how to get my withdrawal?
