I have been betting/gambling with Bodog.eu for a few months now and have made several deposits and withdrawals using Bitcoin up until this point with no issues. Just over a week ago I log into my account to make a Bitcoin deposit and get the message "Your deposit request has been denied as we are unable to verify your account information online. Please contact us in order to verify your account information." I emailed Bodog my verification document the same day and received a response from the verification department that it was received last week. I log back into my account and it appears to be still locked. I chatted online with bodog several times this week and last week regarding this and keep being told to wait 24 hrs for it to be fixed.....over a week later and still nothing has been resolved. I received an email today saying that on their end everything appears to be fine with my account and was credited a $50 bonus for my time. Great...except that's worthless to me since I cannot withdraw any potential winnings. I cleared all cached files, history and cookies, tried using a new computer and browser, yet the same message still appears when I try to deposit. I also clicked on withdraw just to see if it would give me the same message and the bitcoin withdraw is giving me the message: "You have reached the daily withdrawal limit for this payment method. Please use another payment method or try again tomorrow." This makes no sense, as I have not made a withdrawal request in over two weeks. In my experiencet Bodog is not a reputable casino and I will be spreading the word via social platforms about the lack of information/communication from Bodog regarding this issue. As a platinum level member, I expected to get this issue resolved promptly...apparently they do not want my money because I have certainly lost much more than I have won on their site.

This has been resolved. Bodog did give me a bonus as a goodwill gesture. I was able to successfully deposit and withdraw via Bitcoin. Thank you for fixing the issue.
