On February 26th after turning my initial deposit of approx. $1000 CAD into $4000 CAD and requesting a withdrawal, my account was disabled for no reason and no explanation. I asked what the issue was they asked me to verify my identity. This was very odd considering my account is about 5 years old and I verified my account when I first made it years ago. Anyways the very next day Feb 27th, I sent in government issued passport, a selfie with said passport and my phone bill. They said verification would take 24-48 hours, it is now March 11th and no progress has been made, over the last 2 weeks I have spoken with support around 5 times and they tell me each time verification is still processing. On March 5th they asked for a JPEG of my passport even though initially they asked for a scanned copy with I had provided previously. On March 7th I sent the JPEG of my passport and it was received, they emailed saying I would receive a response within 24 hours and it has now been 72 hours. I went back to support chat and asked what the timeframe is and they gave me no answers and no timeframe. It is getting to the point where understandably I am upset with the situation, I have provided more then sufficient evidence to verify myself. After 5 years of using this book as a loyal customer I cannot believe this is how they are treating me after a win of only $3000 CAD. Please help me resolve.
