I have a withdrawal from July 1 that I have still not received for just over 1000. I have several emails & live chat transcripts that initially said my payout would be received in 3-5 business days, then they said to wait 1-2 more business days & if it did not show up, they would escalate my issue. I contacted them & asked them to escalate as they had said. All I got was a message telling me to continue to be patient. Each time I contact them now they keep telling me to be patient & there is no issue with my withdrawal, just high volumes have put them behind.
This sounds like an excuse to me. I’m looking to get this resolved asap

Today, July 24 I finally received my deposit. It feels like I was just getting excuses until I posted on here. Thank you to this site because I believe I would still be waiting if I had not complained publicly.

So you are saying a minor delay in processing, the email I received this morning from your support says “serious” delay with no timeline on when anyone will receive their withdrawals! (Attached) Unbelievable! What steps are being taking to resolve this?

We did experience a minor delay in processing withdrawals via the payout option you selected due to an unforeseen high volume.
