Hi I made a wire transfer withdrawal from bodog on October 22nd, it’s far past the 10-15 business days timeframe that they suggest I should have received the payment. I have followed up with my bank statement as proof that I don’t have the funds yet and they still won’t provide me with an answer as to where the funds are. I have spoken to customer service numerous times and they keep telling me it’s under a review which has been on going for over a week now, where they said they now have to get the provider to do a review. The amount is $7800. I put in more than that to begin and there’s never been an issue in them accepting my deposit. If you are able to help me find a solution to this problem I would be so grateful.
