On Nov 29th I was notified by email that Bodog was unable to verify my registered banking info and disabled this method of deposit and withdrawal on my account. They had asked I send in a signed and completed Bank Account Verification Form, along with a personalized Voided Cheque and a piece of government issued identification (e.g. Driver's License or Passport). I promptly did all of this and sent in the info on December 1st.
I received the auto response email that it may take 24-48 hours to process. After 5 days I called the customer service number and they told me they didn’t know when they’d be able to process my banking info. I had asked to speak to a manager to find out an expectation of when this would be done. After all it had been over a week.
I was told a manager would call me back.... that was 4 days ago. I’ve had no communication from Bodog. I’d like to get this matter resolved.
