On Augest 27th 2020 I made a request for a $1500 Bank transfer, On augest 29th was told it had been approved and will be in my account within 3-5 business days.
Now September 4th 2020 being 5 business days still nothing so I went back to the chat to ask them if there was an update on my payment.
The representative at Bodog said it was approved today September 4th.. and funds will be in my account within 3-5 business days.. this is exactly what I was told on augest 29th, now being told the exact same thing on septemeber 4th.
It feels like there delaying my payment for some reason and my funds are much needed to take care of expenses in real life. Would like to really just know where my funds are and when I will actually be receiving them I still have not paid my September rent because of this delay.

Wouldn't recommend bodog to anybody, have heard alot of bad stories about people trying to withdrawl.
They will take your money no problem.
paying you money? may be a different story.

We have reviewed your withdraw and investigated your situation with the Financial Department.

When you submit a Direct Bank Transfer request our review timeframe is approximately 24 - 48 hours for it to be approved, however in certain situations like these it could be delayed or extended, and for this we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Your withdraw request of $1500 was approved on September 4th, which means that it was paid out from us on this day.

Additionally, the average timeframe it takes to reach your bank is 3 to 5 business days.

The 4th of September was a Friday, so excluding the weekend, we are currently on the 5th business days.

Should it not arrive by the 11th of September we would ask you to contact Customer Service and send in your bank statement so that we can further locate if there is an issue with the withdraw transaction.
