I requested a 700 dollar payout via bank transfer from bodog on July 2nd. The withdrawal was processed on July 4th and here we are at July 30th with no money in my account. I have contacted Bodog customer service twice now and both times they have stated there has been an increased number of withdrawals and that they are experiencing delays on their end but they assure me that my money is safe. Below is the correspondence from their customer service department. Can someone please help me get my money or at least give me a time frame for this to be resolved?

I understand your concern pertaining the status of your withdrawal.
A review of the withdrawal shows that the funds has been approved; however it has not been processed to the bank as yet. Due to large volume of withdrawal request we are experiencing a delay.
Please keep checking your account messages as we work towards processing your withdrawal.

As you may already be aware of, the method you selected to receive your funds was affected by a delay due to higher than usual volume which caused us to exceed our standard time frame.
We do see that it was sent out to you on August 1st and it should be received in approximately 3-5 business days.
