I have made a deposit of $400 with my card just to use the last Bodog casino bonus, it didn't work at first when I try to deposit at my family house, so I went home and my card work, I found out it has to do with IP address. I didn't want to use the real money on casino. So I made many sport bets, hopefully i will get my money back or win big. So I play the casino bonus on slot which I didn't made ANTHING at all, felt like you where meant to lose. I almost lost all my winning in bets but I got around $414 back I was relieved, so instead of withdraw to my bank, I decide to use with bitcoin to withdraw $400(which it was always fast) and leave the rest. Next day I try to logged in and got a warning saying that my account is disable and contact customer service and ask for my ID and selfie, which I responded right away. It's been more then 5 weeks now, I've phone to customer service 5 times and they response with "finance department are looking into it and I will received e-mail". I frustrated now, still no e-mail about my account, I chat with bodog still no information. I just want my funds back.

Finally I've got an e-mail that my "Cheque by Courier" has been sent from bodog, it well be sent through the mail and the message also add that I should used Bitcoin for a faster withdraw, which I had tried to do in the first place!, it could have been so much better with bitcoin, now I have to wait for 15 business days or less for my cheque.
