Verification issues on website


I have been trying to get verified on this casino for over 3 days and customer support only responds with copy paste replies.

In order to withdraw, you need to have your name and birthday registered on the account. The issue is that upon registration they do not ask you to fill out all the information.

Now I am trying to withdraw my funds, and as soon as I enter my name and birthday, it says "form validation failed". I reported this to them and they claim everything was okay and just to use another browser.

I have attached a picture of the error.

Today I tried, and I couldn't even load the payments page on my profile anymore.
