ID card verification issue

Hi there, I am currently stuck in the verification process as they aren't accepting my ID card documents. On the front picture it shows a passport, so I tried that. It said "that is a passport, please upload a valid identity card". So I tried my driver's license, again it said "that is a driver's license, please upload a valid identity card".

Here in Alberta, Canada, it is against the law to carry both a driver's license and an ID card. I have sent formal emails to the bluffbet team regarding this and the only responses I have received have been unhelpful copy/paste responses. I also reached out to the verification team themselves and they told me they couldn't do anything about it, and to ask bluffbet if there were any alternatives...

I once again asked bluffbet and they responded saying the copy/paste basic responses again that are unhelpful. (e.g., please make sure it is taken in good lighting, make sure you are submitting an ID card, etc...)

I have $9000 in winnings sitting on their website that I am unable to withdraw unless this is resolved. Please help, thanks!
