Very difficult verification

I ask for your assistance in passing non-standard verification in this casino.
I registered at this casino a week ago. First, I got verified. They asked me for a passport photo and proof of residence. I uploaded my passport and bank statement. As the support service assured me that the verification was passed. Then I made a deposit, then after the bets my deposit increased to the amount of 63 dollars. I decided to withdraw $20. After that, my application for the payment of funds was canceled and then an incomprehensible situation began for me. The casino asked me for a selfie with a document and a sheet of paper, where a certain inscription should be on a piece of paper. I did it and sent it for verification. As soon as I uploaded the documents, I checked with the support service about verifying my account. The casino support assured me that the account is fully verified and I can apply again. I applied again. After that, I receive a message that my last selfie was rejected for unknown reasons. I wrote to the support service in order to clarify for what reason this was done. Then I received an answer that my selfie with a document and a piece of paper was accepted. After several hours of waiting, I checked with the support team why the $20 transaction was still not approved. I was told that I needed to take another selfie in the background holding a local newspaper and my passport. This request puzzled me. Since earlier I sent a confirmation of my residence and it was a bank statement, where my address of residence was indicated. And now I am required to make another confirmation of my residence. And I have great fears that they are mocking me and do not want to pay my winnings. And they will ask for multiple selfies with different documents so as not to pay me my money. Please help me to understand the current situation

My verification in this casino is getting complicated and I can't figure out when my verification will be completed. On February 03, upon a new request from the casino support service, I was asked to take a selfie with a passport and a newspaper in my hands. Support asked me to wait with a response. On February 04, I decided to make sure that my verification was passed by the casino support service. They confirmed that the verification was passed (a screen of communication from live support is attached). A few hours passed, I decided to write to the casino support service again and they answered me that my documents were under consideration again.
