Problematic verification
Hello, I registered to BitDreams Casino on November 12,2024, I deposited 2000$CAD for their 100% welcome bonus. After completing their wagering terms, I had a balance of 10540$CAD. I completed their verification process successfully on November 15th and submitted a withdrawal the same day.
Following that began a long process of the casino asking me for additional documents for verifications , with a long wait and lack of communication in between every document. I have already sent them 5 additional documents and they just keep asking for more without any sign that this will end and they will pay me, in fact on their last request they asked me for a very confusing document. They asked for my friend's Mifinity Statement, I have no idea what Mifinity is and have never used that with this casino and even more so, I have no idea why they are asking about my friend ? since that last request, I asked for clarification, its been 5 days and no answer and the livechat refuses to share any clarification and asks me to wait for an email communication.
This casino obviously had no problem taking my deposit of 2000$ and has no intention on paying me my win that I successfully wagered, it's been almost 2 months and I have provided everything possible and now they are asking for non sense.
Please help me deal with them.
I have attached 14 email communications. That isn't counting several live chat transcripts I haven't attached.
