Bitcoin withdrawal past stated timeframe


I joined up and played a "No Deposit" bonus in October. I completed the wagering requirement and made a $100 withdrawal request on Oct. 30th. . I then submitted verification documents and my withdrawal was approved on Nov. 20th. It has now been 15 calendar and 11 business days with no indication of when it will be paid except "sometime soon". via chat. Since I've seen the Silver Oaks rep being responsive and on top of things, I figured I'd try this approach instead of getting "sometime soon" over the chat for the next few weeks.
