Played at this casino more than 25 times, deposited with skrill or bitcoin, did also win one time a decent amount and the withdraw went really quick never got any issue with the whole system until now, February 13 2018 i Depositet 40€ in bitcoin to the same address i usualy deposit, transaction went through with no problems on the blockchain, but never came into the casino wallet, contacted support for help, they told me the first time to wait, so i waited 24 hours, after that period i contacted support again, they told me they will forward it to their payment department, since then i contacted support at least 5-6 times always with the same excuse that they did not get anything back from their payment department, and that they are o sorry about that... i mean common 2 weeks to resolve an deposit issue? I am an software developer and i know exactly how long it take to resolve such a problem...
