I requested a withdrawal amount: 243e, date withdraw: 31-03-2023, casino does not pay, unfortunately support doesn't reply to email, it looks like a deserted zombie casino.

Nothing more can be added as there is no communication whatsoever and I don't know the reason why my withdrawal is delayed.

I added a screen where you can see the deposit date and witdraw.

I requested withdrawal crypto on 14/04/2023. Withdraw crypto 504e method, support is not responding, live chat does not exist, looks like bitbet24 is dead.

No communication with the casino, because the support seems to be not working. Bitbet24 has not responded to emails for a very long time and they send an email with promotions every day.

Delayed payout at bitbet24

On March 10, I won 4840 euros on bitbet24 casino. I have uploaded the documents required for verification and my account was verified on March 31st. Account of problem gambler opened without permission

Hello!

I asked my account to be closed several times via email and by the form on their site. Which promises 24 hours respond. Well I never got any answer when I wanted my account to be closed nor when I had problem with bonus which was locking my money. Now finally got my account closed when I added I have a gambling addiction. Only to get an email few days later that I have free spins on my account??

So I got worth 0.50€ free spins (lmao), they just wanted to let me know they have opened my account. I tried to login and for my surprise I could. Funny I never asked my account to be opened and I don't think they should especially when I have stated gambling addiction. Now I have lost a money on their site again and I want them to refund it, and I'd want to hear their explanation why did I get no answer when I asked about bonus that locked over 200€, which should have never happened.
